A New Etsy Product

Hey all! Just a quick update on what I'm working on right now. Bookmarks!

I'm still working on some more designs, so if any of you have ideas for what you would like to see, let me know. I'll post on here when they are available in my Etsy store.

Feather Fund Donations

I've finished this year's donations to the Feather Fund. The Feather Fund is great organization that holds a benefit auction each year during Pony Penning week in Chincoteague. Read more about them here.

My model donations have their coat colors created in oils and their details are done in acrylic. They are sealed with dullcote to give them a completely matte finish. My portrait of Riptide is created in pastels on grey toned paper.

I have a Writing Blog Now

Kristian, of Five Paws Studio, and I now have a writing blog called Parcae Writers. You'll find all types of things including poetry, which is my favorite type of writing. Check it out!

I Went to the Zoo!

ZooAmerica is a North American wildlife zoo, so it only has animals that range from Canada to Mexico. I was able to get some really awesome pictures. My favorite animals to photograph will always be birds of prey (if you can't tell).

Ask me in the comments for random animal facts. I went to ZooCamp for eleven years!

Many of these pictures will end up on Society6 in the coming weeks.
